I am a wife of 24 years and a mother of three children, ages 17 and under. Like anyone else, I wear many hats. I have been editor, speaker, columnist, Sunday School teacher, prayer warrior, traveler, depression fighter, child advocate, dance/band/robotics/karate/basketball mom, coffee server, foot-in-mouth socially awkward person, and, most recently, author. I hope, on my better days, I am mostly servant of Jesus, loving wife and mother, and devoted friend. Eleven moves, three states, two international gigs, two depressions, and a lot of writing later, here I am. And I’m here because at the beginning of the day and the end of it—and almost every moment in-between—I walk with Jesus. He holds my hand with the most unconditional love of a Savior, Father, and best friend. I not only need and accept the sacrifice He made for my sins on the cross, but I want Him to breathe life into me afresh every day through His Word, conversations with Him, and an all-consuming sense of how much He loves me—how much He loves all of us. I hope you find some encouragement here for yourself because we’re all in this thing together. I’d love for you to join the dialogue.

HI, Bonnie! I found you after you found me on the MomtoMom Monday Link Up! I am nodding yes to your comment that you “have been editor, Sunday School teacher, depression fighter, dance/band mom, coffee server, foot-in-mouth socially awkward person…” Me, too! Thanks again for visiting …so glad to “meet” you.
